I’ve got big pots and I can not lie
6 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help the Newlands Bishops Farm in Solihull.

Tonight we welcomed Meera a regular from GoodGym Coventry. I hope you enjoyed it and that we will see you again soon.
For this week’s task we were back at Newlands Bishop Farm to help spruce up the entrance to the farm. This involved pulling out the weeds and planting some potted flowers in and under the tractor sign. Jess started by filling all the pots with compost while Chris, Rachel, Fiona and Meera pulled all the weeds out. Once this was done Fiona, Rachel and Meena got their green fingers busy, planting all the flowers. Check out the obligatory photo, complete with GoodGym logo!
This week’s training session involved sprint finishes. Everyone pushed themselves hard and managed to sprint uphill and all the way back to base.
Great to see everyone tonight and to welcome Meera from Coventry and Jess back from her very exciting holiday in Bali. This Saturday will be Chris’ 200th Parkrun (wow!) and it would be great to see as many of you there to support him, either running or cheering from the side!
Next week, we’ll be back at Tudor Grange Park to do some more litter picking.
