I should be so locky
10 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Ealing.

Tonight 10 people came down to Southall, Three Bridges Park, to help shift litter from the along the canal and all the lovely green spaces surrounding it.
It was our first time meeting in this location and everyone who arrived commented on what a lovely area it was to spend the evening!
The litter wasn't too bad but we found a few spots that needed a little bit of TLC (or some might say a LITTER bit of TLC).
Here are the highlights:
- Random find of the evening was definitely Harvey's kettle found nestled in the shrubs along the canal
- Mira joined us in Ealing for the first time, she's just moved to the area and we look forward to seeing her lots more!
- 6 of us stayed after the litter pick to get a sweat on for a quick 20 minute HIIT before we headed home
But the big news of the night was that Marieke was doing her 100th good deed! Cake and wings await her on the next task!
