I pity the tool! (I was trying to find a tin opener)
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.
- Tuesday, 21st of April 2020
Good Morning goodgymmers! Today I went over to Mr T - (cue the A Team puns) to grab him some groceries.
I had a a couple of phone calls to Mr T, and I established that he was in dire need of a tin opener. However, as I walked over to Mr T's house, I realised that the only thing the that's harder to find in a pandemic, than bread flour yeast, and toilet paper was a tin opener. After hitting up 4 grocery stores and 3 corner shops, I finally stumbled upon the shop which had one for sale.
I walked up to Mr T's house and dropped off the groceries at his house. He was very grateful for the groceries, especially the tin opener. He asked if I could pop around the corner to pick up a couple of more items, and I obliged.
I finished up, and then headed off to my next mission!
Stay safe goodgymmers!
