1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Eaton Park in Norwich.

It was a bit of murky old morning, so I was on a mission to spread some GoodGym sunshine at Sloughbottom parkrun with some volunteering today! :0)
Sloughbottom event #38
Ben the Run Director delivered his briefing with a bit of an emphasis to adhere to the funky new signs that ask runners to please "Keep right", as this parkrun is a bit narrow in places and run on a public, shared path with other users. All done and we walked the runners over to the start, where I noticed so many milestone t-shirts ranging from 10-250, pretty awesome.
My task was barcode scanning today which is a nice job - as easy as scanning your shopping at the self checkout in the local supermarket and you get to see all the runners too.
273 runners safely through, plus 56 PBs (!!) and that was event number 38 all wrapped up.
