How great thou art
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Wednesday, 16th of September 2020
Ms Y is a talented painter who has had some prints of her work made. Having been confined to the house for a long time, she was keen to get out and display her work.
Abi and I helped Ms Y carry her work and stands and a chair downstairs and set up a little exhibition on the street.
Ms Y’s work got a lot of attention from passers by, including one person who bought three prints! She was delighted by this.
In between customers, we were able to chat to Ms Y, who told us about her life and beliefs (hence the pun in this title). We packed everything away after an hour or so and helped Ms Y get it all back indoors - she was so happy to have been out and especially to have sold some prints!

Just wonderful, I'm sure Ms Y really appreciated this task! Well done both!
Amazing amazing amazing. You are both the loveliest people for making this happen
This is brilliant!
Wow. Well done Abi and Beth, such a lovely story.
Awesome!
Good work, Abi and Beth. I said hi quickly as I passed but I might have been a bit unrecognisable with the mask on. Lovely to randomly see GoodGym missions in the wild.
