High Flyers
6 GoodGymers made their way 8.4km to help their local community in Cardiff.

After a very rainy day it was joyful to see 6 determined goodgymers willing to face the elements and spend the evening running the streets. Tonight was going to be longer than usual, as our run was at least 6km and the task at hand was posting flyers around the streets.
A total of 8.4km was our end and it felt good, very little rain but what had happened was refreshing.
We managed a great 400 flyers for our friends at Railway gardens and their event on this Saturday.
Next week we will be returning to see the YMCA, it's been a while since we were there last and there is lots to do so get signed up now. It will be a great evening and as usual, lots of fun.
And this Saturday we are heading to over to Penarth to help out with a new group for us, the Penarth growing group where will be helping to fill some new planters.
