Helping out in the food bank
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Redbridge.

We helped to remove packed food items from the trolley, laid them out on the table, we checked for the dates and then we stacked them on the shelves ready for distribution. We also helped to tidy up the venue. We met other volunteers today and enjoyed the process and look forward to the next one. I was with my sister in law today.
