Hedging our bets
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Sheffield.
- Saturday, 28th of July 2018
The early morning thunder and rain in Sheffield thankfully cleared in time for some parkrunning and traveling across town for this morning's mission.
Cut-Back Kim and Snipping Steve were on duty to help Ms J with her hedges, leveling and pruning back to keep them under control and in keeping with the rest of the garden. We were inspired by Ms J's tales of the work she used to do to maintain the garden until a fall while curring theses very shrubs meant she needed to call in our help!
She was amazed with how much we got done in a short space of time, having run us through what she hoped we could look at and given us her priorities of what to focus on. Unfortunately being the ultra-efficient pair that we are we forgot about the photos until we were done, but the more important task of cleaning up after ourselves meant we could leave with nothing left for Ms J to sort.
Another happy #GGSheff customer, top stuff!
