Hats off to Growbaby!
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Growbaby in Kingston upon Thames.

A windy night brought us to Growbaby after our outdoor mission at Kingston Road Recreation Ground got cancelled for health and safety reasons. Rachel and Adam did a steady run from the Quaker Centre and Petra and Dave met us there as they had to come straight from work.
We got stuck in straight away as there's always lots to do at Growbaby! A storage unit was put in place to organise the baby equipment such as bouncers, walkers and mats. It's a tight squeeze so things had to be moved out the way before the unit could slide into place. Petra had a great time trying to identify what all the big bits of plastic were for as she put them away.
Next, Dave and Petra organised the boxes and filled up any gaps from the bags of clothes waiting to be used. Rachel and Adam sorted through 2 massive boxes of hats - creating seasonal boxes so it would be easier to find things once the weather changed. An hour and a half went by very quickly! We have plenty of ideas of how we could help next time we come back. Thank you for having us, Growbaby!
