Happy Foods.
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Saturday, 31st of July 2021
A now familiar routine on a Saturday afternoon for Mr W. His always cheery greeting was then followed by him identifying the first 3 items on his list (in this case honey, milk and crackers) and us discussing between us what else he might need. With a list drawn up, I was about to head out when he said that if there was some money left I could buy him some extras that he might like...
Having completed the list based mandatory routine, I was then faced with completing the optional extras and so found myself scanning the shelves wondering what Mr W's happy foods would be. A packet of ginger nuts and four bananas added to the bag meant we hit the £20 budget exactly (that should impress the scoring judges...).
An error free drop off, an extended round of applause from Mr W for the added extras, and this particular high scoring routine was complete for another week.
