Grasping the nettles
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Lewisham.

On a glorious Sunday afternoon one Good Gym runner ran to help out at the Iona Orchard, a lovely little space just off Ladywell fields in Catford. They were met by the amazing Holly and directed to a couple of tasks. First off some of a large pile of chippings needed to be moved up a slope before the main task of the day was started, this being to dig over an area of weeds and nettles in the forest school area of the orchard. After an hour and a bit of digging the nettles were all gone and the good gymer ran off into the afternoon sunshine.
