GoodGymers do battle with the curtains!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

Here's what had to say about the mission:
'They were absolutely wonderful - I don't know what I would have done without them. Good Gym's a lifesaver to someone in my position.'' [without relatives nearby]
Mrs. S bought a step especially so we could reach the curtains. Stephen managed to open the step as Mrs. S had been struggling to open it as the instructions didn't explain how to! We took the curtains down in the living room whilst having a lovely chat with Mrs. S and then moved onto the bedroom. The curtain got stuck when I tried to take it down, with some nifty work from Stephen we managed to get them down. Mrs. S told us how she used to volunteer and really enjoyed it. We didn't move the sofa as there was no Hoover and Mrs. S had wanted to clean behind the sofa when it was moved, that job was left for another time. GoodGymers 1-0 Curtains!
