We returned to The original Pug this week and a new location in Leamington Spa for a chance to see what treasures we could find.
The session began with a mini warm up and then some little hill reps - easy peasy Beginning with a focus on arms, everyone had a go at giving each other the elbow Don't worry, everyone is still friends...
We then took a gentle jog to the Canal in Leamington Spa, where our start location happened to be opposite a student rave, we did a bit of disco dancing, whilst handing out equipment, and returned to do our very own vogue pose to the music- each for equal
We always have a good wombling adventure on our plogging outings, and this evening didn't disappoint.
Things we found included: A Hedgehog - the first time one of our GoodGymers has seen one thats not flat 6 bottles of vodka 1 bottle of corona - don't worry this was handled with gloves Crisp packets 100's of fag buts And a Ghost Hunter with his friendly dog......
Yep - our very own Leamington Spa Ghost Hunter, who told us about the 6ft man in top hat who prowls the canal and the Victorian Lady. (we didn't see them - but be warned next time you walk down there)
Our return leg was a run through the town to smell all the lovely food.
Next week we're off to Tesco to raise money for Warwick Sea Scouts - come along with a smile and cheer.

Why Not Wass, love running in fancy dress from a guide dog to a unicorn. Tend to agree to crazy challenges because Why Not...
