Goodgym does a Litter ally festival!
12 GoodGymers made their way 3.0km to help their local community in Barnet.

i’ve set it up again for next month hope you’ll do the same again I certainly enjoy catching up with a fellow Goodgymer! well done to those who exercised as well. Remember little and often!
Although our litter picking was very close to home, we warmed up with a 5k run and then a 6k walk. We found a couple of unusual pieces of litter - a bath sponge and an odd shoe (which didn't fit either of us). Unfortunately there wasn't much wind to properly show off what our local vexillologist was displaying, though it should still be recognisable as the Ukranian flag.

Richard and I met up in North London to do a well used alleyway to a park. It’s amazing how you can walk one way clearing rubbish and then walk back the same way and still find more! The highlight was finding a tie! ( i’m sure there’s a pun there) how does that happen? The story is this rubbish could tell!?
