GGSheff lighting up the night and bringing the Christmas Cheer for all to hear!
36 GoodGymers made their way 3.5km to help the Regather in Sheffield.

On our last group run before the Xmas and NY break we had a fantastic bunch who came adorned in Xmas jumpers, hats, lights and all sorts.
Be safe, be seen.
On this nights festive run we headed of to Regather proper as opposed to Lynwood Gardens where we have been heading more recently. We met Gareth with tools in hand and he gave us a festive brief of the evenings tasks which included;
- Weeding beds (not wetting beds) - That Loveage needed some love. Ho-ho-hoing.
- Planing bulbs - > Whoose bright idea was it to plant these bulbs? How many gg'ers does it take to change a bulb?
- Street clean extreme - Shining a light on the path!
- Sort it/limbo - Insert pun here...
With team captains quickly established we got straight to it and everyone got stuck into their tasks and the area was a lot better for it which will become even more evident once the light comes around.
Before heading home we used the surrounding areas offerings to get some festive fitness in which this week included:
- Step Up's
- Lunges
- Stairs
- Hill Sprints
- Step Up to calf raises
WIth a few loop backs for good measure on the rout back we stretched off and headed into the Showroom to have festive drinks over festive music and enjoyed some card sharing and good wishes for the new year!
Until 2019, happy running!
