Garlic bread, it's the future, I've tasted it!
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Thursday, 17th of March 2022
Mrs M has begun shielding for her upcoming procedure on her foot, so I had to talk to her through the door today. She had left her list outside the door for me, and just as I arrived I saw another slip of paper pop out of the letterbox. Mrs M told me that she had run out of garlic bread and forgot to put it on the list, so I put the two slips of paper in my pocket and set off for Tesco. It was a quick trip today as the shop was quiet, so I was done in no time at all. Upon my return there was a bag waiting for me on the doorstep. Mrs M explained to me that she had made some rice noodle stir fry for me, and that it was warm so I should eat it as soon as I could. I thanked her profusely, wished her all the best for next week’s procedure and was on my way. Thank you Mrs M for the delicious treat!
