Today I helped blitz the bushes, weeds and bramble which had been running riot in Roy’s garden. We started at 11, clipping away dead branches and overgrown bushes. By 3pm I had filled up 2 bags of weeds and spikey branches whilst Chris worked on painting the shed. Roy is thrilled and said on numerous occasions that his garden ‘never looked so marvellous’. I rearranged all his garden gnomes and other animal ornaments, making sure that the rose poking through the pave stone was supported. A wholesome day!
