Food shop for Ms M

After receiving an email this morning from Ms M, I arranged another visit to collect her shopping list. We enjoyed more doorstep chats before I headed to Asda to get what Ms M needed. It was another successful shop where I was able to get all items on her list. The pouring rain meant there were no queues today, which was a bonus!

Back at Ms M's doorstep we continued our conversations a little longer before we said our goodbyes.

What is most noticeable in being able to return and help Ms M each week is the developing friendship and the common interests discovered through the stories we share.

If there is a positive to be found in this bizarre old time, it is the new connections I am making in all corners of my life.
