Food shop for Mr R, what a lovely way to start the day!

Finally some slightly cooler weather to get into my running gear and do a food shop and delivery drop! I ran to the lovely Mr R‘s to pick up his simple list and after running to a Tesco superstore nearby and seeing the queues I managed to find a small Sainsbury’s which had everything on his list (not that easy these days!) When I dropped the shop of Mr R was super grateful and told me to tell my Manager how pleased he was to have Goodgym runners help him with food shops whilst he’s in isolation! It was a nice way to kickstart the day and it put a smile on both of our faces...
