Food, glorious food!
3 GoodGymers made their way 3.0km to help the Colchester Foodbank in Colchester.

Three socially distanced goodgymers met to help in their local community.
Colchester Foodbank were in need of volunteers at short notice to help with unloading stock that needed to be moved from their storage facilities to an additional location, leaving it stacked and ready so food parcels can be packed and delivered in the community during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Chrissie, Vanessa, Ian and his wife all came to help with this task. Together with the Foodbank volunteers, they moved many crates full of long life food items from 7 vans loads and 6 car loads, and then stacked them into food groups ready for when the food parcel packing begins - it was certainly quite the upper body work out!
A fantastic effort by all - great work team!
