It was our last run of 2016 this week. Ive summarised based on the letters of Christmas.

C

Stands for C4WS the homeless project. C4WS Homeless Project exists to support those without a home to rebuild their lives, running a shelter, a mentoring and befriending scheme, English classes, a weekly Friday drop in club and most recently The C4WS Jobs Club.

H

Stands for Hammer. One of the tools on offer to the group of 10 people charged with assembling 2 items of flat pack furniture for the Group. They have been lying around C4WS for ages and our offer of help was much appreciated.

R

Stands for Regents Park, where the rest of the group went for a run. It was nice. We tried to hand out a few gg flyers on route.

I

Stands for 'Interest' or more appropriately the lack of it. We managed to hand out about 3 flyers on route. To be fair the entire population of Camden seemed to be in the pub!

S

Stand for 'Sprints'. We went back to C4WS and ran off as a group to Granary Square where we decided to have a relay race. We broke into....

T

....'teams'. Dictated by....

M

....'month of birth'. We pitted those born in Winter against Summer babies, to see who was the best! The result provided it once and for all. The best babies are those born in....

A

Autumn...or Winter. They climbed a marginal victory, mainly due to my show boating (I nearly looked very stupid!). We all jogged back to the centre together and went off for a Christmas drink.

S Stands for Santa, who I was coerced into dressing up as to hand out Secret Santa presents from a big sack at Somers Town Coffee House. I love it really!

What a lovely end to the year. Thanks for a great 2015 you beauts!
