Feat of clay
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Lewisham.

A glorious Sunday morning saw Good Gym return to the Ringway Centre in Grove Park, a community centre and woodland on the site of "The Railway Children" author E Nesbit's old home.
Two runners arrived to meet Kay and Stephen, the long-serving volunteer organisers, who took us to today's task which was planting trees to form a new hedge. We got to work and found the soil to be what horse racing types would call heavy going: normally in this author's experience turning a spadeful of soil upside down would lead to the soil leaving the spade but the clay was just sticking to everything. But Good Gym remain undaunted and after a couple of hours the trees were in the ground and all that remained was to scrape the clay off our trainers.
