7 Goodgymmers visited their former stomping grounds at Tottenham Green for a good, old fashioned tidy up session.
A Prickly Night
Laura from Friends of Tottenham Green had a multitude of tasks awaiting us.
Main task of the evening was to trim down a field of dead flowers, while saving the seeds for the new season next year.
It was a prickly business, and seeding the poppycock sacks in particular led to both some rather blue humour and itchy arms. Poor Latoya ended up rubbing her arms against a lamppost to stop the itch.
We also swept the paths, weeded the fence perimeter, did a thorough litter pick, brought an unwieldy ivy back into a semblance of control, and we even had time jump over a fence into a field of nettles to get rid of the rubbish. A prickly night indeed.
Back next week for more fun!
