En route-r to Connectivity
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Tuesday, 23rd of March 2021
I've got a week of annual leave this week and what better way to spend a sunny Tuesday morning than on a GoogGym Mission. I cycled over to Ms A and after a bit of a wrong turn into a hospital car park I made it on time. Ms A was having trouble connecting her laptop to the internet. I'm no technical whizz but I had been confident that I could take a few simple steps to get online. Fast forward an hour and I was starting to run out of ideas! Thankfully I managed to get a trusted friend and technical wizard on a video call who walked me through some different steps to figure out the problem and finally we were able to get online and surfing the world wide web. After this triumph I was able to help Ms A with a few pointers and help on using the computer. I left very pleased that we had managed to solve the problem in the end and had a lovely sunny cycle home.
