Email etiquette

I was welcomed by Ms C luckily there was a common area where we could sit to go through how to set up Zoom, unfortunately we couldn't get the zoom up as Ms C couldn't remember the password to get it set-up so she will try and find it and then get a new mission listed. However, I was able to help Ms C with writing a couple of emails and sending them, one of them to an MP, I didn't realise how versed I am with writing emails until now, but I do send them all the time! It was lovely to chat and meet Ms C, hope she is able to find her password soon!
