Eats, rolls and leaves...
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Which could be the punch line to "What does the pig do at the mud bath?"...
Mrs M's list in its usual neat handwriting was the normal interesting mix of fresh fruit (glad to see the pineapple have another week in the charts), vegetables, bread rolls (various) and homewares and her local Tesco didn't let me down (well apart from not actually having celery with leaves). Managed to get almost everything into the trolley and then it was a quick diversion via Boots at Kings Cross to collect a prescription for her husband (a separate mission) before heading back up the hill.
We had another good chat about the various challenges Mrs M was having to deal with this week, which unfortunately had prevented her from going out both yesterday and today - we discussed (in a somewhat philosophical manner perhaps better suited to a late night programme on BBC2) taking each day as it comes, something that I think Mrs M has perfected over these past few months - fingers crossed that she'll be able to get out of her home later this week then if all goes well.

Great mission Nick. Lovely to see the trolley getting some use.
