Drop Shed Gorgeous
12 GoodGymers made their way 1.0km to help the Hollybush Estate in Tower Hamlets.

It was chilly (understatement), it was breezy (bigger understatement) but that didn’t stop a team of 12 heading to the Kedleston Community Centre on the Hollybush and Teesdale Estate this evening.
Why were we here?
Margaret plays a huge role in maintaining the community facilities on this large estate. The Community Centre acts as a well-located venue for many community groups, with new organisations choosing to host activities here all the time.
After a long winter there’s lots to be done in and around the Centre, and so this evening Margaret needed a help with ‘The Shed Phase!’
Busy, busy
This consisted of multiple teams clearing out the shed at the bottom of the garden, sifting through item after item and lugging everything from projector screens to (dead) succulents over to the rubbish area.
It was a small little space, but the team worked wonders, getting the whole lot done so that by 8pm the big finale event of the evening, The Emptying of the Paddling Pool, could be completed.
Way to go, Monday Nighters!
The all-important shout-outs (and what's coming up...)
It was great to see everyone, especially Richard, who travelled from Barnet, and who we haven’t seen for a while – come back soon, Richard.
...While next week we head to The Brady Centre, to join the brilliant Maternity Mates team, delivering posters and emptying the store cupboard!
Until then.
