What an awesome evening that was. We started off at Anytime Fitness before heading off for a quick warm up under Woking's famous Tripod from War of The Worlds. We met new members Sally, Rob, Wayne, Claud and Marie who joined us for their first run. Once warmed up we headed into Horsell Village, a leisurely 2km run, and then started the evenings task of delivering leaflets for local charity Challegers, who provide play schemes for disabled children across surrey. They recently had a fire and are desperately trying to raise money and awareness to help rebuild their center. We split into two teams and headed down local roads posting leaflets, looking like christmas elves on a mission - if only Royal Mail was as efficient!! Once we finished we headed to the park for a quick Bootcamp session, mostly consisting of leg exercises but primarily Squats. Lots of Squats. Once finished we jogged back to Woking and covered a total distance of 7km!!
