Well, it was an evening of introductions and milestones. Firstly a big welcome to Rachel on her first good deed. And a super sensational 10 good deeds for Sophie . Bravo!!!
And to top it off we officially welcome Raleigh to Goodgym - they sent us some Tony's chocolate and a discount code! Nice one.
Our task was part 2 of helping Move the Massescreate a national Move Map of free outdoor gyms. We got stuck into a work out to test out the equipment and there were a few creative moves and some singing...Helen swam her way to a 6 pack, Bob hung upside down on the triceps bars and Em sang away while twisting! We did a quick litter pick to make the gym even more appealing and off we went...Good work everyone.
It was a lovely sunny evening and we headed home as the temperature dropped.
It is the Foodbank next week, see you then!
