Double trouble soil and rubble
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Stepney City Farm in Tower Hamlets.

A cheery group of six good gymers arrived for the afternoon shift of creating a massive pond at Stepney City Farm. John and Sree began with raking soil around the edge of the water catchment area whilst Katrin and Stephen got stuck in with shovels filling in the trench. Alex and Isabelle attacked a mound of hard soil which they dug out and carted over to the water catchment area. They separated out the rubble and filled a wire container with stones and bricks. Later on Sree and John sculpted a long mound of earth leaving it looking much neater and then we're joined by Katrin in smoothing over the loads of soil from Isabelle and Alex who were joined by Stephen. It was the first outing of Isabelle sporting her fancy new t-shirt with wings for completing 100 tasks. Katrin got to water test her welly boots in the pond and Alex helped our host Alex (double Alex action) to lever a boulder into place. Everything looked a lot nicer when we'd finished and there's still plenty more to do for future community missions.
