Double Dash!
7 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Islington.

Last night, 6 Goodgymmers (+ Trainer Simon) met up for our weekly fitness session at the Emirates Stadium- every Monday, 7pm, catch us outside the Arsenal Hub on Benwell Road. We were joined by new starter Federica and returnee Sayra- welcome!
After a few warm up drills and activation exercises, we split the group up into pairs and lined up for our workout. Group 1 were instructed to run around the stadium anti-clockwise at 70% effort (comfortably hard) pace, and group 2 were then asked to run in the opposite direction at 50% effort (recovery pace, easy breathing). Once each runner crosses each other somewhere around the stadium, the paces are swapped and the process repeats.
The full session was 7 minutes running (3 minute rest) x 3 = 30 minutes total duration
Great pacing from all of our participants. We posed in front of the Arsenal heroes display for a few photos and enjoyed some recovery Oreos and satsumas!
