Patrick and I arrived promptly at 10am after some initial confusion we made our introductions and Mr & Mrs J's daughter showed us through to the garden. On the way through Mrs. J said don't touch my apple tree, now I may be terrible at recognising flowers and herbs but even I can tell the difference between a weed and an apple tree, just!!😊 We dug, pulled, and cut at the bramble bush which has taken over the garden. Mr. J's daughter got out the strimmer and made light work of the overgrown grass! After nearly 2 hours the garden was looking so much better. On our way out I told Mrs. J that her lovely apple tree was still standing, okay good she said! Marvellous people, lovely way to spend a Sunday morning 😎
