Don't like needles? Me neither!
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Islington.

A volunteer steward shift at the vaccination centre at the ARC Centre near Angel, with three more shifts to come over the next few weeks.
It's a simple but vital role, helping to keep a steady flow of patients through the centre, keeping the surroundings clean and safe, and often providing reassurance to people who are nervous of the vaccine, needles or both. The work ebbs and flows as queues appear and disappear.
And there was an excellent team to work with - led by Pritesh, with the tireless vaccinators Rashil and Jaime, and some top volunteers. It's a very popular gig, but if you can book a shift or two, it's well worth it.
