A litter help from my friends
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Canal and River Trust in Coventry.

4 GoodGym runners met at Bridge 1 for our regular Tuesday night litter pick on the Canal path. This week we went up to bridge 2 and made our way back to the Canal Basin picking as we went.
Since our last visit, some new art had appeared and we stopped to admire the details, including the three spires and the cathedral ruins, and some beautiful birds!
Once we had tied up the rubbish bags, we enjoyed a run inside the famous Coventry ring road and passed some of our old GoodGym haunts, including various sprint and hill rep locations, and stopped for a photo at the iconic cathedral.
