Directed's Cut
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Ealing.

Mrs L was looking forward to completing her trilogy. It was the third time that Kash and Sevan had been cast as gardeners, with the task of tidying Mrs L's garden. Although Mrs L had been unwell recently, she was excited to have the pair back and chat to them about her life and theirs. She was also still passionate about her work and wanted the GoodGymers to perform, doing what she couldn't.
Despite being weaker than Kash and Sevan remembered, she was still keen to direct them and was just as exacting as before. The first act was to trim a tree in front of her kitchen door. Mrs L pointed out the exact branches that needed to be cut and where. Sevan wielded the loppers and met Mrs L's expectations, earning her praise.
The second and third acts were to cut back a plant and a bush that sat beside each other. Kash cut the plant down to the ground as requested, while Sevan took 10cm off the top of the bush with shears.
The final act was weeding in the front garden, freeing up the rose bushes to catch all of the sun and water available through the winter. Here, Mrs L gave Kash and Sevan the freedom to ad-lib, so they also scraped moss from the front wall and weeded between the paving slabs too.
With a lot of time remaining with Mrs L, there was time for a reel of extras. A lot of weeds had been spied in the back garden, so Kash and Sevan returned to dig them out, managing to finish the big stuff before time was up.
Mrs L was so pleased with the GoodGymers performance that she gave them a bouquet of flowers cut from her giant hydrangea as a sign of appreciation.
