Dig of the Stump!
4 GoodGymers made their way 2.0km to help the St Matthews Community Hall in Trafford.

Last night we ran/ walked together and then attempted to remove the most stubborn tree stump from the raised bed at St Matthews. It would be fair to say that it was a challenge and although we didn't manage to get it out in the end, we did signifcantly loosen it and get it ready for the next phase of work (with a big axe!)
Thank you for all your hard work! You've helped ys get ready for the next stage!
Welcome and well done to Raed who joined us for the first time and who is a great addition to the team. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
We've got lots of things coming up over the next few months - here's the link to the homepage:

Thanks very much and see you all next time, Kate x
