Cyclists on mission
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.
- Wednesday, 13th of May 2020
Mr G needed help to make space when he return home from hospital. Ian and I arrived on bicycle to the location. We met each other last year on a community mission. The landlord let us into the flat and explained how the room need to be rearranged. The flat was very warm, about 25 degree. We took some layer off and started the task. First we organised the hallway, remove the cabinet to make enough space to move the bed from one room to the other. We move Mr G clothes also from his bedroom. Ian brought some tools to dismantle the bed. I use the screwdriver to remove the bed's heading. After we make the space in the bedroom Ian did hoovering and I did dusting in the flat.
