Cycling to the Edge(wick) of glory
4 GoodGymers made their way 8.0km to help the Let's ride British cycling in Coventry.

Luckily, the rain stopped briefly so 4 GoodGym runners could head to and litter pick at Edgwick park. Well done to Katherine and Nigel who ran through the rain too.
The park had a fair bit of litter so we had plenty of work to do and after 90 minutes we had collected 7 bags worth to leave the paths clear and hedgerows tidied.
Let's hope Let's Ride have a great event. With Lil supporting the event after litter picking, she truly is a superstar. Liz x
