Curtain Call

Act 1: The players
It was a lovely spring day and a mission was on the cards. Enter our two protagonists. Dave ‘lovely chap’ Guest and Richard ‘muddy shoes’ Giddings.

Act 2: The mission
When we arrived the mission was to put up a set of curtains. After a bit of a chat Dave leapt up the steps in a manner reminiscent of a young Nureyev and set to work on the clippy curtains. As Dave wrestled with the troublesome clips Richard neatly arranged spare ones into a pile. The clips tried to beat us but it was curtains for them and we were soon finished. We tested the curtains. Whoosh, whoosh.

Doctor doctor I feel like I’m a pair of curtains.
Well pull yourself together!

Act 3: The curtain call
After putting up the curtains we said our farewells and were on our way. A quick mission but very satisfying. Sweeeeet!
