Crêpe expectations
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Wednesday, 16th of February 2022
This week I returned to Ms L's to do a small shop for her during my lunch hour.
While the dreaded cabbage remained on this week's list (and I have never before held a cabbage aloft so frequently to ensure that "yes, this is, in fact, a cabbage"), a packet of pancakes was a new addition that has definitely got me looking forward to pancake day.
Despite the quintuple-checking of the cabbage and a small incident with the self checkout (leading me to weigh some onions in 2 separate batches), I completed a round trip from Ms L's to the shops in 20 mins. We enjoyed a short chat about some theatres shows before I headed back to work.
