Covid Chop
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Bowthorpe Community Garden in Norwich.

Like many of us, things at Bowthorpe Community Gardens had got a bit overgrown throughout the last few months. When Goodgym arrived, the lads were asked to totally remove a bush that had taken over the sensory garden. Steven and Mark are not the kind to shy away from this and set to work with a saw and spades to tackle the job. It was, of course, a much bigger job than anyone anticipated. While they were busy, the rest of us weeded the rose gardens and had a long-overdue catchup.
To finish, Mark and Steven went and turned over the compost heap and then we all enjoyed a tangerine and some strawberries that were provided by the lovely volunteers there.
There is still lots to do and they promise to book some more missions in soon!
