Coffee, grounds
5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Crouch End Open Space in Islington.

Five of us met up today at the Crouch End Open Space to help the CREOS team restore one of the main pathways through its wooded area.
Many hands made light work. Ferrying rubble and aggregate by the barrow-load from the cricket club car park to the pathway - a return journey of 220m as measured by Steve C - we worked efficiently, despite one squeaky wheelbarrow and the ever-present threat of light drizzle.
After an hour we paused briefly for coffee (no tea sorry Frances) and Hobnobs before, thoroughly replenished, we set about finishing our task.
Steve L engaged his artistic side in the service of landscaping those awkwardly sized rubble pieces and the more accommodating aggregate into a smooth ground for walkers as well as an artistic statement that speaks to where we all are at this point in time.
Lovely work Steve, and everyone.
