1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Windsor and Maidenhead.

This was a first Goodgym visit to Mrs M, who has lost her sight and sometimes get lonely. She is quite a character - her and her husband used to work for Billy Smart's circus so she has some interesting tales to tell. She has 4 children and 10 grandchildren, so there was much to talk about

What a fascinating lady! 4 children and 10 grandchildren - just like my mum and dad. I expect the circus was good preparation for that number of children 🤣
