This week, four Goodgymmers went to Thorlands to help move some woodchip. Thorlands is a market garden with an ethos of zero-miles food. Find out more here!
Firstly, we welcomed Josh to his first ever Goodgym mission. Josh volunteered to hunt down a rake and then quickly got stuck in with raking up piles of woodchip - fantastic work, well done Josh! 👏 We worked as a team, shovelling, wheeling and raking, swapping often, and all whilst chatting about our running goals. The hour went by very quickly and as usual Simon from Thorlands sent us home each with a goody bag of leaf-y treats. 🌻 Thank you!
