Chilled about the chilled section
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Ealing.

A combination of light jogging and walking to Ms N's secret base was my best attempt to do a rest day. The sun was out when I was about to leave, so I thought that putting the sunglasses on was pretty reasonable. Of course, when I was out, the sun no longer was. Welcome to England.
Ms N announced that the list will be short this time as I have done a decent shop last week (have I?). There were ten items to buy and I knew I would get nine of them by visiting the local Sainos, Co-Op and a convenience store. I also knew that it is unlikely that I will get the Country Mixed Vegetables by Bird's Eye in the local supermarkets (on occasions, I sought for it in West Ealing and Ealing Broadway, also to no avail). I said right away that the chances of success are slim but I will try to find the veggie mix, although it would be good to have an alternative. Ms N asked if I can check the chilled foods section in Sainsbury's. Of course, I can, it is my standard operating procedure.
Unlike Ms N, I am under no illusion that things like Bird's Eye country veggies, corn oil or paneer can be found in the tiny Sainos nearby - but I checked that, and checked Co-Op. No country veggies. The great thing about Ms N is that she is very chilled about the volunteer not finding her preferred products locally. She was adamant that I should not go to another town in search of her favourite frozen veggies. This time I decided to listen and be as pretty chilled about not being 100% successful. I should throw a matching proverb here but I am not that great at English, so please insert the proverb yourself.
