'Cayenne' you feel the heat, or are you feeling a little 'Chilli'
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Wildcat Wilderness in Lewisham.

#GGSuperSaturday happened to fall on the last beautifully hot day of the year, and the heat was seriously dialled up at the Wilcat Wilderness Autumn Chilli Festival!
Four Good Gym runners arrived at this tranquil, wild nature paradise in South East London to help with this wonderful community event and immediately got stuck into apple picking, apple pressing, chilli-making, raffle-ticket-selling, tea-and-coffee-making, chutney-selling and steel-band-drum-carrying.
Well over 200 people attended the festival which was staffed completely by volunteers. Visitors were able to sample the juice from the apples they had picked themselves, watch a chilli-preserving workshop, make a hop-wreath, learn how to make chutney, and dance to the amazing Heart of Steel steel band.
The supply of delicious apples for the presser from the beautiful Merton Worcester apple tree were never-ending…but a thousand apples a day can’t keep Good Gym away!
