I hope you’re ready for a lot of tree puns!
Tonight was such a fun night, 4 ‘sapling’ GoodGymers tackled an overgrown tree to make a community area safer and more secure for our friends at the Whipton Community Association.
Getting stuck into the ‘root’ of the problem, we proved that our ‘bark’ isn’t as worse as our bite and we cleared a huge overgrown area, ‘branching’ out to even clear some headstones and graves that hadn’t seen the light of day for a good few years. Nothing ‘stumped’ this eager group to clear a lot of overgrowth.
Craig ‘logged’ his 50th good deed tonight and it’s great to see Lucy sporting her black t-shirt as well. Nonny and Jo turning out an ‘elementree’ effort tonight too. We didn’t ‘leaf’ until the job was done, great effort from everyone!
