By No Mistake... We Found The Lake!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the London Borough of Redbridge in Redbridge.

Week 4 and boy was it a SUNNYday!
Two runners and a dog ran to Alexandra Lake (named after Queen Alexandra), situated in the London Borough of Redbridge, to litter pick. Met with plenty of plastic bags, drinks cans and containers we promptly set to work.
Perched around the periphery of the lake was not only waste caused by humans, but a throng of wildlife, to name but a few: Swans, Ducks, Canadian Geese, Magpies, Robins, Grebes, Mallards...
Given more time we could have circumnavigated the whole lake or as James suggested, brought along some kayaks and tackled the lake from the inside out - maybe another time James! :D
This weeks run comprised of 6.5km/4miles there and 9.5km/6miles back to base. During the mission we managed to collect two bags of rubbish. All in a mornings work.
