7 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Brent.

This week we were back with more HIIT circuits.
Liz led the group starting with the all important warm up, followed by 40 seconds of:
- bear crawls
- legs raised clapping crunches
- jump squat touch ground alternate sides
- alternate elbow to knee stomach crunches
- kicking punches
We repeated this three times and ended with a cool down stretch.
