Harrow Rd has been looking like an eyesore for many weeks now due to the amount of litter. So this morning after my 10 mile run I decided to get the picker out and give the Road a good clean up. It took me around 20 minutes to do just one side and I filled a big bag! Also reported the overflowing council bin to the council
